Cancellation policy

Clients may request cancellation by emailing [email protected]. If cancellation is requested before work begins, prepaid amounts may be eligible for a refund as described below. If work has already begun, the client is responsible for fees associated with completed work, time spent, expenses incurred, and any non-cancellable third-party costs.

Refund policy

Because consulting and implementation services involve time, planning, and customized work, fees for completed work are generally non-refundable. Clients may cancel before work begins. If a client cancels before work begins, Anubis Technology Holding, LLC may refund prepaid fees minus any payment processing costs or non-refundable third-party expenses. If a project is cancelled after work begins, any refund, if applicable, will be determined based on the portion of work not yet performed and the terms of the written proposal, invoice, or statement of work.

Refund requests must be submitted by email within 10 calendar days of the payment or cancellation request. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method when possible.

Third-party tools and platforms

Some projects may involve third-party tools, hosting providers, CRM systems, AI platforms, email services, payment processors, or other software providers. Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms, privacy policies, and fees of third-party providers they choose to use.

No guarantee of specific results

We work to provide professional consulting and implementation support, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, customer acquisition, or business outcomes. Results may vary based on client execution, market conditions, third-party platforms, customer behavior, and other factors outside our control.

Professional limitations

Our services are business and technology consulting services. We do not provide regulated professional services outside our technology consulting scope. Clients should consult properly licensed professionals for matters that require a licensed advisor.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will use reasonable care to protect non-public business information shared during an engagement. Clients should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal information unless required for the project.
